1) For all warranty and claims, original manufacture boxes, paperwork, accessories and packaging must be included.


2) No refunds, No returns, all sales are final.


3) No refunds on custom orders.


4) Opened goods are only covered by a parts and labor warranty and cannot be returned for a refund.


5) Subwoofers, speakers, LCD monitors and Actuators are not warranted against being "blown or burned."  Blown and burned subwoofers, monitors and actuators are a result of improper installation and/or use.


6) The dead on arrival policy is manufacturer depended.  Please check the manufacturer's warranty page for deal on arrival terms and conditions.


7) Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not warranted and will be returned at the customer's expense.


8) Products returned without an issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number will be refused.


9) All customers will pay taxes on all items (8.25%).


10) If you are ordering wheels or tires orders will not ship until transaction is cleared even if you choose next day air. Order will ship next day after transaction is cleared for security purposes. Also please check availability of product before placing order.


11) If you have a problem with a custom made product contact us at 512-803-2200 or email sales@slabcustoms.net to resolve the problem.

12) Although orders are checked  before they are shipped out,
the Customer is responsible for inspecting all product  defects,
or shortages. Please check your order immediately after receiving it.
All claims for shortages, or missing items after 7 days will not be honored.
